Okra Masala Ummmph...
Ingredients
A
- 1 cup Green chillies, sliced
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 300 gm Okra, cut into 3 cm
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 stalk Coriander leaves, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon Chilies powder
- 2 tablespoonsNESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt
- 2 teaspoonsMAGGI CUKUP RASA All-In-One Seasoning
Cooking Steps
- Pan fried okra for 2 minutes and remove from pan.
- Stir fry onion and tomato until aromatic.
- Add chili powder, NESTLÉ Natural Set Yogurt, sliced chilli and MAGGI CUKUPRASA All-in-One Seasoning.
- Returned fried okra to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
